Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Boneeifauna provides refunds for consulting services, educational products, and program offerings purchased through our website or direct agreements.

1. General Principles

Boneeifauna is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Because our services involve customized consulting, digital educational products, and structured program materials, refund eligibility varies by service category and delivery stage. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through Boneeifauna unless a separate written agreement specifies different terms.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@boneeifauna.world and include your full name, organization name, invoice or order reference number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the request. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within three business days and provide a decision within fourteen business days.

3. Consulting Services Refunds

3.1 Before Service Commencement

If you cancel a consulting engagement before any deliverable work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, minus a ten percent administrative processing fee. Cancellation must be received in writing at least five business days before the scheduled start date of the engagement.

3.2 After Service Commencement

Once consulting work has commenced — defined as completion of the discovery phase, delivery of any draft documents, or conduct of any scheduled consultation session — refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis:

  • Completed phases (discovery, blueprint design, follow-up sessions) are non-refundable
  • Remaining undelivered phases may be refunded at fifty percent of the allocated fee for those phases
  • No refund is available after final deliverables have been accepted by the client

3.3 Consulting Cancellation by Boneeifauna

If we cancel a consulting engagement due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid for undelivered services within fourteen business days of cancellation notification.

4. Personalized Plan Refunds

4.1 Before Delivery

If you cancel a personalized plan order before we begin drafting your custom document, you are eligible for a full refund minus a fifteen percent administrative fee, provided cancellation is requested within seven days of purchase.

4.2 After Draft Delivery

Once a draft personalized plan has been delivered for your review, refunds are limited to fifty percent of the purchase price if you notify us within fourteen days of draft delivery and provide specific, documented reasons why the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed scope outlined in your proposal.

4.3 After Final Delivery

Personalized plans are non-refundable after final delivery and acceptance. Because these documents are custom-created for your organization and cannot be resold, we cannot offer refunds once the final version has been transmitted.

5. Educational Product Refunds

5.1 Digital Products

Educational products delivered in digital format (PDF workbooks, video modules, reference guides) may be refunded under the following conditions:

  • Refund requested within fourteen days of purchase
  • Product has not been downloaded or accessed more than once
  • Request includes a specific explanation of why the product did not meet the description provided at time of purchase

If the product has been downloaded multiple times or shared within your organization, it is considered consumed and is not eligible for refund.

5.2 Physical Materials

If we deliver physical educational materials (printed workbooks or reference binders), you may return unused items in their original condition within thirty days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our shipping error or a defective product.

6. Challenge Program Refunds

6.1 Before Program Launch

Seasonal challenge programs may be fully refunded if cancellation is requested at least fourteen days before the program's official start date. A ten percent administrative fee applies to cancellations received between seven and fourteen days before launch.

6.2 After Program Launch

Once a challenge program has launched and participant materials have been distributed, no refund is available. Challenge programs involve coordinated scheduling and resource allocation that cannot be reversed after commencement.

6.3 Program Cancellation by Boneeifauna

If we cancel a scheduled challenge program before its start date, enrolled organizations receive a full refund within fourteen business days. If cancellation occurs after launch due to circumstances beyond our control, a pro-rata refund for remaining undelivered weeks may be offered at our discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Services fully delivered and accepted by the client
  • Custom documents after final delivery
  • Digital products accessed or downloaded more than once
  • Expedited delivery or rush processing fees
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (venue rentals, printing by external vendors, etc.)
  • Services purchased more than ninety days before the refund request

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval notification. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in United States dollars. Currency conversion differences for international payments are not reimbursed.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@boneeifauna.world before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in suspension of future service eligibility.

10. Satisfaction and Expectations

Our consulting, educational, and program services provide general informational guidance on workplace engagement architecture. We do not guarantee specific organizational outcomes, participation rates, or employee engagement levels. Dissatisfaction with organizational results — where services were delivered as described in the applicable agreement — is not grounds for refund.

If you believe a deliverable materially deviates from the agreed scope, you must notify us in writing within fourteen days of delivery with specific documentation supporting your claim. We will review the matter and, if warranted, offer revision, partial credit, or refund as appropriate.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
